Original linocut "Time" - one of the most challenging linocuts I've ever designed and carved. The clockwork mechanism was incredibly difficut to carve and I'm very pleased with the result. Over 140 hrs in total to design, draw up and carve.
 
 Carved on linoleum (see the photo of a carved block) and handprinted with oil-based ink in muted  greyish blue colour on  beautiful heavyweight printmaking paper Somerset. The gold version is printed on a smoother paper Zerkall.
Limited edition of 75.
 
 
It's a varied edition with 3  colour versions to choose from:
1. oil-based gold ink
2. oil-based greyish blue ink
3. oil-based greyish blue ink, embellished with 22.9 ct shell gold.
 
Image size appr 30x30 cm, paper size appr 39x39cm.
Deckled edges so can be framed mounted or unmounted (with exposed edges). 
 
Numbered, titled and signed in pencil, comes with a certificate of authenticity. 
 
Due to the large size will be shipped carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and cellophane and rolled in a sturdy postal tube  to ensure safe delivery.
